CANCELLATION POLICY

Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancelation policy. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancelation will give another person the opportunity to access to timely care. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. At the time of booking your appointment (full sets/new clients) you will be asked to pay a $50 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit that will be credited towards your treatment/s. Time had specifically been reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call/text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will pushed for a future appointment (one time transfer only). However, providing less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit (full sets/new clients). If a cancellation less than 24 hours occurs, you will be charged 50% of service. If a no-call/ no-show occurs, you will be charged 100% of service. A card on file is required at time of booking and to be kept on file at all times. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. Tech can decide to take or reschedule after any amount of late arrival.
